How I Am Keeping My Skin Healthy This Winter

Okay so I will admit it, the one thing I don't like about this time of year is that it isn't so great on the skin.
I feel very privileged to have pretty good skin, especially considering my age (what with all them annoying hormones flying around (insert rolling eye emoji) ), because of this I haven't had the need to use loads of different skin products and had the need to experiment.
I fully believe a very big reason for my skin behaving itself is that fact I take my make-up off every night before I go to be. This is so important to let your skin breathe and not having your pores trapped in 24/7. I don't know about you but I love taking my make-up off as my skin always feels so fresh!
Recently I have been using the Soap & Glory Total Drama Clean make-up remover. It gets my make-up off super well and is nice and cooling, however my face feels in serious need of moisturising after I have used it.
I then use a face cream I got whilst in Gran Canaria (sorry it's not the easiest to get hold of! However I wanted to be totally honest about what I am using).

It gives my skin the best feeling, it's so refreshing and really hydrates my face. This is definitely one of my favourite creams I've used. Just unfortunate it's not one I can pop to a local store for!

I have also recently discovered that Tea Tree Rescue Salve works wonders on spots. On the odd occasion I get a minor breakout I have slapped this on it and within a few days, no more spots! I would definitely highly recommend this to anyone who suffers with any acne issues.

Another product I have really got back into recently is the Along Came Betty Pure Pores Detox Mask. Every time I use this it leaves my skin feeling ridiculously soft. I also  have trouble with some slightly dry skin on my nose, however with this it gets rid of that completely and leaves my whole face feeling lovely.

The final product I want to talk about is the Nivea original care lip balm. I have been using this for a couple of years now and it has always been so good on my lips. I put it on every morning and night without fail (especially now it's getting so cold!).
